I’ve just started measuring my body composition on my Omron scales. Have only been using them for a couple of weeks, but I’ve already seen how my body fat has come down, and my muscle mass has gone up!
Normally (like a lot of people, I’m sure) I’d only take my weight as whether I was making progress or not. However, this week I gained half a kilo, but these scales showed me that it was because I put on muscle and lost fat! So I saw that I had made progress, despite gaining weight.
SUCH a good motivator!!
