My Fitness Journey

My name is Yvette and I’m an avid gym goer. I love to try new exercises, and really strive to get the best body I can get. I love a challenge, and strive to better myself every time I hit the weights.

I’ve done two half marathons in the last few years (one 2:03 and one 1:48) and I recently shredded up for a personal photo shoot.

I like to think that I know my way around the gym, and I’m regularly in receipt of emails from Fitness First telling me that I’m in their top 15% of members.

This blog is for me to share my experiences, the good results with the bad, and to give my take on some of the news stories that hit the headlines. I love to get feedback, and I’ll always listen if someone has some advice to share with me.
